Class Schedule
Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
for ages 6 to Adult.
All 6 year olds MUST have completed Kindergarten!

Beginners

6:00 - 6:45
Intermediate

6:55 - 7:40
Advanced & Black Belts

7:45 - 8:30
Tips for your 1st Day of Class
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so you have time to use the restroom & get comfortable with the space before class begins. Wear athletic clothing (no jeans), bring a water bottle, and be prepared to train barefoot. It's also a good idea to avoid eating a heavy meal before class.
During class, take time to watch the more experienced students - they're a great example to learn from. Don't worry about what you can't do yet. Everyone in the class was once a beginner - just like you! Come with a positive attitude, ready to learn, work hard, and have fun!
